What are your candles made of?
Our candles are crafted with a natural coconut wax blend and premium fragrance oils for a strong, luxurious scent.
Where do you make your candles?
Every Outdoor Fellow candle is hand-poured and mixed in the USA with care and attention to detail.
How long will my candle last?
Our 8oz candles burn for 40-50 hours when proper candle care is followed. Be sure to trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn for the best results!
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We work hard to get your order out quickly! Most orders are processed within 24 hours, and you can expect your package to arrive within 3-6 business days (contiguous U.S.). We use ground shipping for all deliveries.
What if my candle arrives broken or damaged?
Oh no! We’re here to help. Please email us at returns@outdoorfellow.com with:
- A photo of the broken candle and package (if possible)
- The number of damaged items and your order number
We’ll get a replacement sent your way right away!
What happens if my package is undeliverable?
If the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, we’ll issue a refund minus the shipping fees and applicable taxes. Want to try again? Feel free to place a new order at www.outdoorfellow.com.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Outdoor Fellow products! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return any unused candle in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Important:
- Final sale items are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
- Candles that have been lit cannot be returned.
To start a return, email returns@outdoorfellow.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll take care of the rest!
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we usually process it the same day. However, it might take 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange an item?
Outdoor Fellow does not offer exchanges on online orders. If you’d like to exchange an item, simply return the item you no longer want and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
GIFT CARD FAQS
I lost my gift card email! What should I do?
No worries! Use the “Resend Gift Card” option from your order confirmation email to get it back.
Do gift cards have any fees?
Not at all! We don’t charge any monthly or usage fees on our gift cards.
How quickly will I receive my gift card?
Gift cards are digital and sent instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
How do I give a gift card to someone else?
You can either enter the recipient’s email at checkout, or forward them the confirmation email with the gift card details.
Can I choose a custom amount for the gift card?
At this time, we only offer pre-set values for gift cards.
Can I use a discount code to purchase a gift card?
No, discount codes cannot be applied toward gift card purchases.
How can I check my gift card balance?
Email info@outdoorfellow.com, and we’ll get back to you with your gift card balance.
Can I use my gift card more than once?
Yes! As long as there’s a balance, you can use the card multiple times.
Can I use more than one gift card per order?
Absolutely! You can redeem multiple gift cards during checkout.
Can I buy a gift card with a gift card?
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Can gift cards cover shipping and taxes?
Yes, they are applied to your total order amount, including shipping and taxes.
Can I use a gift card and a discount code together?
Yes! Gift cards act as a form of payment and can be used with discount codes.
