General Return Policy

• Outdoor Fellow hopes you love your new candle! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your candle we are happy to offer a refund within thirty (30) days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original and unused condition.

Final Sale

• Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged during shipment. 

Outdoor Fellow Candle Bundles

• If you purchase a candle bundle and wish to return it, you must return the entire bundle to be eligible for a refund.  Bundles must be in their original and unused condition to qualify for a refund. At this time Outdoor Fellow is unable to accommodate partial returns on bundles.

Return Shipping

• To return your product, Outdoor Fellow will issue you a pre-paid label you can use to return your products. Reach out to returns@outdoorfellow.com to begin the return process.
