Where do you ship?
Outdoor Fellow currently ships only within the United States.
How long does it take to ship?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible! Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay in processing. Standard delivery time is 3-6 business days.
Outdoor Fellow offers free shipping on orders over $40, using either UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage based on the delivery location.
What does it cost to ship?
- Orders under $40 are charged a flat shipping fee of $5.
- Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping.
Expedited Shipping Options
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with options that automatically populate based on your location. If you choose an expedited service, you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items minus any shipping charges incurred by Outdoor Fellow, including return shipping fees.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim. Outdoor Fellow cannot initiate claims or provide compensation for lost or stolen packages.
Important Shipping Information
Once a package has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, Outdoor Fellow is no longer responsible for the shipping and delivery status. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
- Accuracy of Address: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is accurate. Outdoor Fellow is not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information or for packages that are left, stolen, or go missing from the address provided.
- Delivery Safety: For added security, consider shipping to an address where someone is always available to receive the package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please email us at info@outdoorfellow.com with the following information:
1. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
2. Order number
We will be happy to assist in resolving the issue promptly.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather events or seasonal order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.
